Fiji Rugby Talent ID
What we collect
Your name and email address when you register. If you register as a Talent ID officer, the player observations you submit — player name, position, club, competition, strength ratings, and any notes you write.
Why we collect it
This data powers Fiji Rugby's talent scouting workflow: officers submit observations from the field, and coaches review, search, and filter them to identify players. We do not use this data for advertising or sell it to third parties.
Storage
Data is stored in Supabase (hosted Postgres), encrypted at rest, in the region the project is provisioned in. Access is restricted by row-level security: officers can only read their own observations, coaches can read all observations, and neither can write outside their role's permissions.
Retention
We keep your account and observation data until you delete your account or request removal — whichever comes first.
Deletion
Delete your account any time from Settings → Delete account. This removes your sign-in and profile immediately. Observations you submitted as an officer are not deleted outright — your name and email on them are anonymized to "[Deleted user]" so Fiji Rugby's historical scouting records aren't orphaned, while your personal information is removed.
Children
This app is built for registered adult Talent ID officers and coaches. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect data from children.
